Yes, it's water with glitter :). I have a special lens that takes really close up pictures.

Do you have a dSLR? If you do, you can take off your lens, and flip it around to create an effect called reverse lens. It's the same as macro :D. What I do, Is I have a point and shoot camera, and I bought another lens, and I reversed it and held it in front of my point and shoot.
